In this unique and exciting class, we will be combining the therapeutic benefits of being around aquatic animals with the power of theater.
Experienced instructors from 7 Stages will lead a variety of confidence-building exercises, designed to help you become more comfortable in social situations. Through fun and engaging activities like improv games and role-playing exercises, you will learn how to develop a stronger sense of self-assurance.
We will also be incorporating elements of storytelling and public speaking into the class. These skills are crucial in many aspects of life, whether it’s giving a presentation or simply expressing yourself confidently in social situations.
