Did you know MARTA is planning the first extension to the downtown Streetcar? MARTA is hosting a virtual public meeting on the Streetcar East Extension project on Thursday, May 27, 2021, from 6 – 7:30 p.m. The virtual public meeting includes a presentation and the opportunity to participate in a live question and answer (Q&A) session with project team members.
The meeting will provide City of Atlanta residents, local business owners, and area stakeholders with an opportunity to hear directly from the project team and submit questions and comments on the transit project. The virtual public meeting will include information about the project, preliminary engineering efforts, and proposed alignments and stop locations.
