The Arts Atlanta: First Fridays is an immersive arts experience that takes place on the first Friday of every month at the historic Underground Atlanta, inspired by the Fabrica de Arte event in Havana, Cuba. The Arts is an incredible, engaging event centered around art appreciation in all its forms. We are a mental health initiative, and The Arts is an outlet for the multitude of forms of expression and creativeness that are born here in Atlanta every day. Coming to The Arts First Fridays will introduce you to a virtual smorgasbord of interactive activities for the senses; an eclectic collection of not only visual arts, but musical, spoken word, body expression, VR, cyphers, dance, and more. Every room is a different gallery with a new way to experience and appreciate Atlanta’s amazing creatives, alongside art collectors, artists, and people who simply come for the vibes and to have a great time. Our main stage features incredible and innovative musicians and DJs such as DJ Kemit, DJ Salah, and DJ Mars, as well as our host Life The Griot, and musicians True Expression and Visual Storytellers of ATL.
