Saturday, March 9 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Kiddos will transform into their favorite superheroes with hands-on activities. They can dive into the realms of aerodynamics, the chemistry of invisibility, combustion, magnetism, physics and more. Each station is strategically placed throughout the museum and designed so that even the youngest superheroes can explore the wonders of science!

CMA On Stage

Tiny super heroes will make bottle rockets that fly in the sky like a real Guardian of the galaxy!

Science Bar

Legend of Korra enthusiasts can saddle up to the Science Bar to celebrate one of the Museum’s favorite Earth Benders, Bolin, and discover the chemical reactions behind volcanic eruptions.

Art Studio

Little ones will enjoy developing their own superhero forcefield to protect themselves and create secret images that are only visible in the dark – just like Raven from Teen Titans!

Jane’s Innovation Station

Kids will learn how to build a Batmobile o ride with Robin while they learn about aerodynamics.

Disappearing Face + Homopolar Motor + Ferrofluid Demonstration

Special Guest
Decatur Makers Space joins the Museum to demonstrate how they make superhero cosplay props! Visitors are encouraged to check out the props that Decatur Maker’s designed using 3D printers, LED and circuits.
