Calling all superheroes! Grab your super-suits and come to Children’s Museum of Atlanta to learn how to save the world with the power of STEM! Enter the Batcave to help catch Gotham’s villains, create lightning-like electricity with Storm, and become a brilliant botanist to defeat Poison Ivy. You won’t want to miss these out-of-this-world experiments, extraordinary shows, and incredible activities where both your wits and imagination will be put to the superhero test!
Special Event Highlights:
Gone in a flash!
The Human Torch can produce combustion without a lick of smoke! Watch this flash paper disappear the same way.
Cat-like reflexes!
Catwoman can sneak around Gotham due to her perfect sense of balance. Test yours with this simple machine called a fulcrum.
Phase Shift!
Vision can change his density to move through walls. Discover density and states of matter by giving this non-newtonian fluid a punch!
Be a super spy!
Black Widow uses technology to discover villains’ secrets. See if you can find all the hidden numbers with these super spy goggles!
I am Groot!
Grow your very own Baby Groot and learn how plants grow from seeds to towering trees.
Superhero Science Night wouldn’t be complete without a robotics demonstration from the Oak Grove Elementary Grovebots, and a weather-themed Spectacular Science Show finale by our very own Professor Labcoat…or should we call her Storm?
