Join us at North Public Grounds for Summer Solstice Yoga on Friday, June 21st from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. This gentle yoga class accessible for people of all ages, abilities, genders, and faiths. The practice will incorporate physical movements, stretching, breathing, and deep relaxation.
Please bring your own mat, towel, or chair. Yoga will be led by Mystic Lotus Yoga and Nirvana Yoga.
