One of our goals at Switchyards Downtown Club is to collaborate. We collaborate with founders, designers, artists, writers, and anybody that’s like-minded in our B2C mission and focus. Made in Atlanta is such a collaboration, and we're working with a great Atlanta brand - Alternative Apparel.

Made in Atlanta is a monthly event about the best brands that are made right here in Atlanta. The night’s focus is on the brand story. Specifically, some of the topics and details that aren't discussed often. This is an event about how great Atlanta brands are made, how they think, how they act. Their soul.

Edition 025 of Made in Atlanta is on Thursday, February 21st and we'll welcome hip hop icon and storyteller, Chubb Rock to the Switchyards stage. Chubb is co-host of "Chubb Rock Afternoons with SiMan Baby" which he records live from Switchyards every afternoon. It's a new and nationally syndicated show that he moved into Switchyards to record after being at Majic for the last four years.

In 2008, his single "Treat em right" was ranked number 82 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop. He was recently on GMA in December performing Top Shelf 1988.

We’ll have drinks starting at 6:00PM, and the talk will start at 7:00PM.
