Grove Park Foundation invites the greater Atlanta community to the second annual signature awards-style Grove Park Heroes event on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 6 pm. The special evening, which features a reception, dinner, and program will take place at Delta SKY360 Lounge at the Mercedes Benz Stadium, celebrate the Grove Park community, and set the stage for the best of Atlanta.

The celebration will honor Pinky Cole Hayes as the distinguished recipient of the 2024 Grove Park Foundation Icon award. The founder and driving force behind Slutty Vegan, a plant-based restaurant chain in Atlanta, her unwavering passion and drive serve as an inspiration, sparking a beacon of motivation for aspiring entrepreneurs. Recognized on the Time 100 Next List for individuals with an outsized influence on American culture, her philanthropy and impact on women’s and minority entrepreneurship embodies the foundation’s vision for equitable growth.

The evening also recognizes four Grove Park Heroes from the community who are making a difference in education, business, youth, and community-building.
The event is open to the public. Tickets and sponsorships are available for purchase, including the option to secure a Community Sponsor Ticket that purchases a ticket for a community member alongside an individual ticket. All proceeds support current residents of the historic Grove Park neighborhood.
