Commonly known as Atlanta’s Backyard, the HDBY’s programming schedule is anchored by more than 100 weekly Health & Wellness programs featuring an exciting mix of new and returning fitness offerings every Monday and Tuesday.

Mondays will be highlighted by veteran class Maxx Out Fitness with Darrell 'DP' Patterson (bi-weekly) as well as two fan favorites returning from last season in youth fitness with Lah King of Royal Physique (every week during until August) and Enervibes Dance Fit, a Zumba-inspired fitness class, led by Taneisha Gordon (bi-monthly).

Tuesdays will feature two fitness offering mainstays in Royal Physique Bootcamp led by King (bi-weekly) and the always popular Hip-Hop Yoga featuring HDBY lead yoga instructor Jaimee Ratliff (bi-weekly). Other prominent classes throughout the season will be 360 L.I.I.T (Low Intensity Interval Training) led by DaShaun Johnson, and Electrik Athlete Experience, a functional strength and conditioning program, led by Electrik Fit. Additional classes will be announced throughout the year.
