Where to Eat and Drink in Downtown Atlanta

Downtown Atlanta is home to the city’s biggest tourist attractions like the CNN Center, Center for Civil and Human Rights, College Football Hall of Fame, and Georgia Aquarium, not to mention the new sports mecca that is the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the soon-to-be renovated Phillips Arena.

Thanks to the preservation efforts of institutions like Georgia State University, Downtown Atlanta has experienced revitalization over the last decade. Many unused buildings have been repurposed into student housing or mixed-used developments and been spared from becoming parking lots. All of this renewed interest in Downtown has attracted more restaurants to the area and given residents, office dwellers, and visitors to the city even more dining and drinking options.
