Three Leases Bring One Ninety One to High Occupancy

One Ninety One Peachtree Tower is now at its highest level of occupancy since 2006, when Cousins Properties Inc. bought the building.
Atlanta-based Cousins Properties, a real estate investment trust, has signed three leases totaling 77,302 square feet at the Downtown building. One Ninety One Peachtree is currently 92 percent leased.
Charlotte N.C.-based Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, a CPA firm leased 51,066-square-feet, Association County Commissioners of Georgia, a nonprofit, leased 17,956-square-feet and the Atlanta-based law firm Hall Booth Smith P.C. expanded its lease by 8,100-square-feet for a total of 64,359-square-feet.
