Ring in 2010 with the Funky & Fabulous Morris Day and the Time!

Inspired by photographs of his grandpa in zoot suits, Morris Day has always had a flair for fashion!

Day was originally cast by his high school friend, Prince, as the ‘mad talented’ lead vocalist of The Time, Prince’s alter-ego seen to be the cool, street-wise funk band contrasting Prince’s more soulful R&B sound. Soon after, Morris Day and the Time were cast in PurpleRain which captured the exploding Minneapolis music scene at its peak.

With songs like, “Girl”, “Cool," "Jungle Love," and “The Bird,” Day will surely make this a New Year’s Eve to remember! Energetic vocals and witty lyrics, will be complimented by Day’s trademark smooth-as-silk dance moves, all wrapped up in flashy, dapper fashions!

In his new album, Day combines classic old school sounds with new music featuring hot new artists.
