Ga. Officials To Put 2 Peachtree Street Building Up For Sale

The Georgia Building Authority today, led by Gov. Nathan Deal, has voted to put the 2 Peachtree Street building up for sale.

The 41-story office building, which is located near Underground Atlanta and the Five Points MARTA station, was constructed in 1967. The state didn’t take control of it until 1992 through a donation by the Robert W. Woodruff foundation.
