Avison Young names Gail Crowder Principal

Avison Young’s Atlanta office hired commercial real estate veteran Gail Crowder as a principal.

Crowder brings nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. She recently was with Grubb & Ellis in Atlanta, where she was a senior vice president in the tenant advisory group as well as national account manager. During her tenure there, she negotiated $483 million worth of sales and lease transactions in the Atlanta area and throughout the United States and abroad. Grubb & Ellis filed for Chapter 11 in February and subsequently was acquired by BGC Partners.
