ABOUT US
The Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, Inc. (ADID) is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation formed in 1995 by Central Atlanta Progress to deliver state-legislated, city-approved Community Improvement District services to Downtown Atlanta. ADID’s mission is to keep the 220 blocks and 1.7 square miles of Downtown Atlanta clean, safe, hospitable, and vibrant. ADID’s field operations teams are focused on public safety, public space cleaning and maintenance, and homeless outreach supportive services. ADID also funds major programs in transportation, capital improvements, placemaking, and marketing.

REQUIRED SCREENINGS
Please note the following required screenings:
1. Full COVID-19 Vaccination
Applicants must have received full COVID-19 vaccination. Proof of vaccination will be required.
2. Valid Driver's License (if applicable)
Certain positions may necessitate a valid Driver's License. Please ensure you possess a valid Driver's License if required for the position you are applying for.
3. Criminal Background Check
Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory. At ADID, we believe in supporting second chances and consider each case on an individual basis. A criminal history will not automatically disqualify you from employment. We evaluate the nature of the offense, its relevance to the position, and the time elapsed since the incident.
4. Testing for Use of Illegal Controlled Substances
Applicants will be tested for the use of illegal controlled substances. Successful completion of the screening is a prerequisite for employment.
