Back by popular demand, our 4th annual Oyster Festival is a celebration of all things oyster.  Menu features will include favorites such as Fried Oysters, Oyster Stew, Oyster Legal, Oyster Po-Boy and Oyster and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya.  And of course we'll shuck seasonal standouts at our raw bars for those who opt to go au natural.  Everyone is invited - mavens of the mollusk and oyster newbies - all who share the belief of the idiomatic saying, "the world is your oyster."

Oysters taste good and they're good for you.  The health benefits of oysters come by the bushel.  The bivalves are rich in protein, low in fat and calories, low in cholesterol, chock-full of vitamins and nature's best source of zinc.  And we test all of our oysters for purity in our in-house laboratory at our Quality Control Center.
